With nearly 18 years of experience behind him, including mentoring with two predominant nationally recognized antique dealers, over-the-road show dealing, antiques shop ownership, leadership in estate liquidation process, a business degree, and a master student in the fields of arts & antiques. John has helped many families, executors, collectors and the like, evaluate countless inventories.

John feels that many items, whether they be antiques, collectibles, art, automobiles, jewelry, heirlooms, housewares, or any other item of personal property, simply are "over valued" when given the distinction of "Appraisal Value". John has devised a formula, in which he evaluates up to 5 princples, in order to attribute what he feels is "Fair Market Value." We know the values of most of the items we encounter when performing appraisals, and if we don't we'll do the research for you. We guarantee honest and accurate appraisals -- our reputation depends on it.

Estates often need to have their contents appraised, be it for tax-related reasons or for family members. Aristocrat can handle all of the fine details involved in an appraisal. In most cases, we will then have a sale of the items that remain and will deduct the appraisal fee from our commission.
