ARISTOCRAT AUCTION:  TERMS &  CONDITIONS

1.     Photo I.D. is required in order to register for bidder number.

2.     All items are Sold “As Is, Where Is, with NO Warranties Expressed or Implied.”

3.     Title to property passes to the bidder when the auctioneer says “Sold.”  The buyer is then solely responsible for the property from that point forward.

4.     “Sold means Sold!!!”… No returns will be allowed after the auctioneer says “Sold.”

5.     Payment must be made in full before leaving the premises.  Payment may be made by, Cash, or approved personal or business check with the proper I.D.  At the sole discretion of the auctioneer, the auctioneer may hold any item(s) until cash payment is made or until a bidder’s personal check clears the bank.

6.     Announcements day of sale take precedence over any and all written material.  

7.     A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the “Sold”, “Hammer”, or “Ending”  Price, for each lot “Sold.”

8.     Inspection of all items is the sole responsibility of the bidder and must occur prior to bidding on said item or lot.

9.     Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the commencement of bidding for such lot and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.
